The three weeks virtual race fashion marathon linked to the Brisbane racing carnival (#brisbaneracingcarnival), hosted by
#brisbaneracingclub#scturfclub and #gcturfclub is eventually over.

I must confess there were so many outstanding outfits, which in the end, gave me the inspiration to write up this blog.

The contest had three tours. The first stage featured the ‘Bold Colours and Color Blocking’. The theme of the second stage was ‘Floral’ and the last, but not least, stage had the rather long titled theme called ‘Black and White with a Touch of Red’.

About 300 ladies from all over the country entered this competition. Because the format of this blog, I cannot feature all the magnificent outfits worn by participants in the contest. If you wish to see them all, please go to Instagram and look for #fashionatyourplace.
